LABORATORY OBJECTIVE

In our lab, we're innovating with the Dodecanogram (DDG) to explore brain signals across diverse time domains, extending far beyond traditional EEG methods. By integrating spectrum analyzers and logic analyzers, we capture the intricate patterns of brain activity. Our approach reveals the beauty of time crystals, where a system maintains global symmetry while breaking local symmetry, generating clock-like periodic oscillations. We also send nanosecond pulses, akin to a lock-in amplifier, to map complex potential bursts across various time domains. This dual-technology approach is key to our mission, as we collaborate with hospitals to commercialize this breakthrough, aiming to build a comprehensive brain database and develop a polyatomic time crystal model for medical research and innovation.

Studying how physical systems respond, organise and process information.

OUR APPROACH

Different systems. Shared questions about signals, structure and information.

Our research brings together experiments, physical models and instrumentation. We study biological and molecular systems across scales, connecting their organisation with their response to light and electromagnetic fields.

RESEARCH IN ACTION

Measure the signal. Build what the experiment needs.

EEG measurement, DDG development and custom instrumentation are part of the same experimental workflow: observe the system, design the interface and build the hardware needed to ask the next question.
